HYDROGYN To Perform Acoustic Set On X106.3 This Weekend
November 30, 2006West Virginia's HYDROGYN has issued the following update:
"HYDROGYN will be live on X106.3 this Sunday, December 3rd at 7:00PM for an interview and live acoustic performance. For people not in the listening area, you can go to www.x1063.com and tune in to hear it live.
"HYDROGYN will be shooting a new video for the next single from 'Bombshell' — 'Breaking Me Down'. Shooting begins next week and should wrap up pretty quickly. Concepts and pre-production were wrapped up last week. Lead vocalist Julie checked into say that 'fans will be surprised with the outcome of the new video.' Check out the latest single, 'Breaking Me Down', on our player by clicking here.
"HYDROGYN drummer Josh Kitchen has landed an endorsement deal with Pearl Drums. Josh is one of the hottest new drummers in rock today and duly noted by Pearl. Josh has added a whole new heavy element to the HYDROGYN sound. HYDROGYN is also performing live on December 23rd, 2006 as part of the 'Strip em' Blind Tour'. This show will be recorded and fans will be able to purchase this show for a fee and then download it for your viewing pleasure. You can also purchase a DVD of this show.
"For those that don't know, the 'Strip Em' Blind Tour' has been highly successful for the band this year. The band has taken their full headlining production into premiere strip clubs across the U.S., and integrated their show with the club dancers. The shows have been sold out back to back and what better way to wrap up 2006 then to add one last date to the schedule. This is the kind of show the 'big boys' tried to pull off but never could. This is one concert you won't want to miss! More details to follow..."
HYDROGYN's latest album, "Bombshell" — which features a cover of SKID ROW's "18 and Life" (audio) — was released through Chavis Records.
